At Folk Culture our sole motive is to provide our customers with the best quality of ethnic kids wear. However since we all know that “To err is Human”, so we also ensure that any such glitch is taken care off and our customers remain completely satisfied with their purchase.

We have put down the simple and clear norms for our customers regarding the online Exchange and Shipping of products.

Our Exchange Policy:

  1. We have the option of EXCHANGE, on all our wide range of ethnic clothing.
  2. If there is any issue with the SIZE of the product you receive, then you can choose for exchange of such product.
  3. Within the 48 hours of receiving of product at the customer end, the exchange of product is possible, which is subject to the availability of the sizes in our stock.
  4. Items bought on sale from our “Flash Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges

To request for exchange :

  1. You can put forward your request for the exchange by sending email to Here you can attach images of defective/damaged products, with the email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Please don’t forget to mention your order number in the email. After analysing your request we will send an e-mail to you, to let you know about the status of for exchange request.
  3. After we accept your request for exchange, then you need to send the particular product through ‘Courier’, to our address. In return of your courier expenses, we will give you shopping vouchers of worth Rs.100.

Packaging of the orders:

All items are packed carefully as to avoid any kind of damage to the product and to ensure that it reaches to you in the safest manner.

The shipping charges:

No, we do not apply those charges. The delivery of Folk Culture products are for FREE.

The estimated time of delivery of products:

Through our structured system of delivery your product gets delivered to you within 7-10 working days. All orders get shipped within 7 days.

How we deliver our products:

We have a network of some reputed and trusted delivery/courier service partners throughout India. So please be assured of the timely and safe delivery of your orders.

To track your order:

Our courier partner which will be assigned for the delivery will provide you with a Tracking ID on your mobile number as well as your email ID for your order. Then you can track your delivery on the respective websites of the courier partner.

International Shipping Policy

FolkCulture does offer international shipping, but is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. FolkCulture cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are outside India.
All orders are shipped via DTDC & Delhivery. In case of failed delivery share the contact details with us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact for an updated address. FolkCulture will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address.
