Return & Refund

1. No Refunds

  • All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

  • Only exchanges are permitted, subject to the conditions below.

2. Two-Day Exchange Window

  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of delivery.

  • The delivery date and time stamp (as per courier/partner records) marks the start of this window.

  • Late claims will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Product must be:

    • Unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will be ineligible.

4. Initiating an Exchange

  • Within the 2-day window, email us at info@folkcultureclothing.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the delivered item (front, back, and tags)

    • A brief reason for the exchange

  • We will review and respond with approval or denial within 24 hours.

  • If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping & Re-Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item for exchange.

  • If the return is due to a seller error (e.g., wrong size, defect, or incorrect item), FolkCultureClothing will cover return shipping.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange item will be shipped at no additional shipping cost.

6. Processing Time

  • Please allow 3–5 business days from receipt of the return for your exchange to be processed and dispatched.

  • You will receive email updates and, if applicable, a tracking number for the exchanged item.

7. Unavailable Items

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose to:

    • Wait for restock (you'll be notified when available)

    • Exchange for an alternate item of equal value

    • Receive a store credit (no cash refunds)

8. Defective or Damaged Items

  • In the event of a defect or damage, notify us within 2 days with clear photos.

  • Once verified, we will facilitate an immediate exchange at no cost to you.

9. Policy Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with the terms stated.

  • Decisions will be made at our discretion, based on product condition and policy criteria.

10. Final Sale Items

  • Certain products (e.g., limited-edition items, promotional offers) may be marked “Final Sale – No Exchange” upon purchase.

  • These items are completely non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
